Context
The tandoanh-buildpc plugin (currently 2.10.5) lets shoppers assemble a PC right on the WooCommerce store, with prices and stock from the real inventory.
Breakdown
Wide configuration table
A table layout: one row per part group (CPU, mainboard, RAM, GPU, SSD, PSU, case, cooling, monitor), with quantity and remove controls inline.
Part picker popup
Category-style filters with multiple values per group. Only items that can actually be sold are listed.
Compatibility and power checks
CPU socket vs mainboard checks with warnings on mismatches, plus a PSU wattage estimate for the current build.
Buy and share
Add the whole build to the cart, an installment calculator button, a server-rendered A4 quote, email the configuration, or share it as a preset link (?td_parts= / ?td_add_build=).
Auto benchmarks
Game FPS and AI scores computed for the selected build (with the benchmarks plugin).
Hardening
Keyboard and screen-reader fixes, security patches, Redis cache that always serves fresh prices, and a fix for a session lock that stalled the page.
