# Plugin update server

> How new releases are published by license bound to a domain name.

## How it works
- The installation package sits outside the web folder and is returned only to sites with a **valid license**.
- Licenses are stored as hashes and **bound to a domain name**; the site sends its key and domain when checking for updates.
- A license can have an expiry date; an expired site still has its last check recorded.
- Every download is logged for statistics.

## Released products
In-house themes and plugins of Tân Doanh and Hưng Phát Laptop (the Tân Doanh theme, PC Builder, benchmarks, feedback hub...).

## Security
- The endpoint is rate limited.
- Version information and source code are not public without a license.
