# ERP Tân Doanh changelog

> Log of the main milestones since 09/2026.

## 2026-10-22
- Interface aligned with the internal admin system: Plus Jakarta Sans font, new primary blue, both light and dark modes kept. Project page screenshots were retaken with the new interface.

## 2026-10-06
- The accounting ledger went live: migrations 120 to 140 applied, with a backup and an image tag kept for rollback. Runs as a parallel draft with a short report every morning.

## 2026-09-29
- Permissions by department and scope moved to real enforcement, one permission group at a time.

## 2026-09-28
- Encrypted backups are also stored off-site, with a size cap.

## 2026-09-22
- Migrations 038 to 042: stocktakes by adjustment direction, receipt vouchers linked to source documents, opening-balance slips, demo data labels. Orders and warranty tickets sync from the existing systems.

## 2026-09-18
- **Quotes** module (create, change status, convert to order).
- Report centre and a period picker with all 8 time ranges.

## 2026-09-12
- **Purchasing** module: purchase orders, reorder suggestions, receiving against an order.
- Navigation caching: tab clicks appear almost instantly; the Overview page was split into a shell and lazily loaded blocks.

## 2026-09-11
- Loaded more than 5,000 products into the catalogue (one way), with instant search, pagination and accent normalisation when searching.
- Full review, fixing 5 bugs caused by the previous round of fixes; the business tests are now hard-blocked from running against live data.

## 2026-09-10
- Daily backups, transaction log, Sunday restore drills.
- One-way sync of products and warranty tickets.

## 2026-09-09
- Day one build: a schema of more than 60 tables, the ledger posting engine, 18 passing business tests, UI following the Tân Doanh design system, and product barcode scanning on 4 screens.
