# Warranty and data sync

> RMA tickets, warranty lookup and the one-way sync from existing systems.

## Warranty
- Look up warranty by serial number or phone number.
- RMA tickets keep a handling history; the warranty end date is calculated from the sticker in month, year and number-of-months form.
- View warranty tickets from the old system in read-only mode, together with the fault reported by the customer.

## One-way sync
Every morning a scheduled task pulls data **one way**: products from the sales website and warranty tickets from the warranty system into read-only tables. The ERP never writes back to the source.

## Marking trial data
Any field that is inferred or is sample data carries a "Dữ liệu demo" (Demo data) label on screen, so it is not mistaken for real figures when the system goes into official use.
