# Import Install - Khôi phục lên site WordPress đang chạy

> Restore archive vào site WordPress đã có sẵn mà không cần upload installer.

## Import Install

**Import Install** cho phép khôi phục một backup vào site WordPress đang chạy mà không cần upload thủ công file installer. Plugin SL Migrations trên site đích sẽ làm việc trực tiếp với archive.

## Khi nào dùng

- Site đích đã có WordPress fresh đang chạy
- Muốn restore nội dung site khác lên đây
- Không có quyền upload qua FTP/SFTP (chỉ có wp-admin)
- Backup file vừa phải, có thể upload qua wp-admin

## Các bước

### 1. Trên site đích

- Cài WordPress fresh
- Cài và kích hoạt plugin SL Migrations

### 2. Upload archive

**SL Migrations → Import** → kéo thả file archive vào vùng upload. Plugin tự upload và validate.

### 3. Chạy import

- Click **Continue** trên gói archive vừa upload
- Plugin tự chạy installer trong UI nội bộ (không redirect ra installer.php)
- 4 bước giống installer thông thường

### 4. Xác nhận

Sau khi xong, plugin redirect về wp-admin của site **mới khôi phục**.

## So sánh với Overwrite Install

| Import Install | Overwrite Install |

| Site đích phải có WordPress + plugin SL Migrations | Site đích có thể trống chỉ với installer.php |
| Upload qua wp-admin | Upload qua FTP/SFTP/file manager |
| Tự chạy trong UI plugin | Chạy qua URL `installer.php` |
| Phù hợp file vừa | Phù hợp file lớn |

## Lỗi thường gặp

- **Upload fail**: file archive vượt giới hạn upload của PHP. Xem [Khắc phục lỗi upload](https://phatdev.net/docs/sl-migrations/how-to-handle-import-install-upload-launch-issues).
- **Memory limit**: tăng `memory_limit` trong php.ini hoặc liên hệ hosting.
- **Timeout**: archive lớn → tăng `max_execution_time` hoặc dùng [Two-Part Install](https://phatdev.net/docs/sl-migrations/two-part-install) thay thế.
