# Khắc phục Import Install không upload được

## Import Install không upload / launch được

## Triệu chứng

- Drag drop archive lên import page → spinner mãi không xong
- Upload fail với lỗi `413 Request Entity Too Large`
- Upload xong nhưng click Continue không có gì xảy ra

## Nguyên nhân + Cách fix

### 1. Giới hạn upload PHP

PHP có các giới hạn:
- `upload_max_filesize` - kích thước file tối đa
- `post_max_size` - kích thước POST request tối đa
- `memory_limit` - RAM cho mỗi request

**Fix**: Tăng các giá trị này. Cách làm tùy hosting:
- **Shared hosting**: dùng cPanel → MultiPHP INI Editor, hoặc thêm `.user.ini` trong web root
- **VPS**: sửa `php.ini` của PHP-FPM rồi reload
- **Managed hosting**: liên hệ support

Giá trị tham khảo:
```ini
upload_max_filesize = 2G
post_max_size = 2G
memory_limit = 1024M
max_execution_time = 600
```

### 2. Giới hạn của web server (Nginx/Apache)

Nginx có `client_max_body_size` mặc định 1 MB. Apache có `LimitRequestBody`.

**Fix**: Liên hệ hosting để tăng giới hạn này, hoặc tự sửa nếu có quyền.

### 3. Upload qua FTP/SFTP thay vì web

Archive lớn (>1GB) - upload qua web không khả thi. Upload qua FTP/SFTP vào folder `wp-content/backups-slm/import/` rồi vào **SL Migrations → Import → From Server** để chọn file đã upload.

### 4. Browser tab đóng / network drop

Upload bị hủy giữa chừng. Plugin để lại file tạm.

**Fix**: Xóa file tạm trong folder `backups-slm/import/` rồi upload lại.

### 5. Quyền folder `import/`

Folder không có quyền ghi → upload fail.

**Fix**: Đặt quyền `755` cho folder, owner đúng user web server.

## Lỗi sau khi upload xong

Nếu upload xong nhưng click **Continue** không phản hồi:
- Mở DevTools (F12) → Console xem JS error
- Network tab → xem AJAX response của `admin-ajax.php`
- Kiểm tra error log của web server
- Tăng `max_execution_time` (import lớn cần >300s)
